ML1104-ADDR-TYP Indicates the address type to be used when printing the mailing labels. A valid one or two character address type may be entered. If left blank, the default address types from the Configuration Parameter Table will be used.
ML1104-ALIGN Indicates if form alignments are to be printed prior to the mailing labels. Valid entries are:
Y = Yes, print form alignments
N = No, do not print form alignments
ML1104-CHAR-OPT Indicates whether labels should be printed in upper-case, lower-case, or as the information appears in the data base. If left blank, the labels will be printed with the information as it appears in the data base. Other valid entries are:
U = Upper-case.
L = Lower-case.
ML1104-COPIES The number of label copies to be printed.
ML1104-FORMAT The print format of the labels. Labels may be printed either one or three across the page. Valid entries are:
1 = Print one across the page
3 = Print three across the page
Blank = Print one across the page
ML1104-MRG-COPY Will indicate if multiple copies of labels are to be printed together or as separate sets of labels. Valid entries are:
Y = Yes, merge the copies
N = No, do not merge the copies
ML1104-MRG-LIST Will indicate if multiple mailing lists are to be printed together or as a separate set for each mailing list. Valid entries are:
Y = Yes, merge the list
N = No, do not merge the lists
ML1104-REQUEST The requestor's department or name. This will be printed on the header label. From zero to twenty characters may be entered.
ML1104-RPT-OPT Will indicate if the optional Verification Report is to be printed.
Y = Yes, print the report
N = No, do not print the report
ML1104-SKIP-LNE Indicates the number of blank lines to be printed between each mailing label. For standard mailing labels, '2' (two blank lines) will result in a correct printer line-up. For standard tape labels, use '10'. Valid entries are:
nn = The number of blank lines to be printed between each label.
Blank = Print two blank lines between each label for standard mailing labels.
ML1104-SORT-OPT Will indicate the sort sequence of the labels. Valid entries are:
1 = Sort by Zip Code then by Name
2 = Sort by Name
3 = Sort by Address Line 3 then by Name
4 = Sort by Mail Stop then by Name
