SM9116J Biographic Extract For Higher One
This job creates an extract file of Financial Aid recipients for use in the EFD (Electronic Funds Distribution) process. The extract file is automatically sent to HigherOne. Selection of students is by Session and specified Tracking Code or by having an award in a disbursable status in a specified Session. The student must have a biographic record containing an address in SMS to be included in this file in addition to the selection criteria. If student does not have a SMS biographic record, they will not be included in the extract and will appear on the exception report.
