SM9118J Col Bound Scholarship File Rpt/Upd

In Final mode, qualifying students will have a track code created (based on the WCC COLBOUNDTRK process table entry). The tracking records will contain Notation and Comment values that reflect students' College Bound statuses, and will be assigned the Yr-Ses you specify for this run. If a student's status changes, their Col Bound track code can be updated or deleted.

Note that the WCC COLBOUNDTRK and WCC COLBOUNDMFI process table entries must be set up ahead of time.

Report SM9118 is always produced. It includes 'Cruncher' info about each student, as well as any warnings or errors that may be detected.

You can report all students returned by the 'Cruncher', or just those whose statuses are changing (Note: most warning conditions are reported regardless of this parm). You may also choose to have the report skip the validation of student names (aka: 'Cruncher' vs. Std-Mstr names).

The report can be sorted by SSN (1) or student name (2).
