UU2304J SMS At&T Extract Student ID Cards
ADD RECORD
- If the student is registered for the current or future YRQ's and no UNUSUAL-ACTN-D record is found for this student with a match on ADD-UNUSUAL-ACT or SUSP-UNUSUAL-ACT then we know that this student has never had an ID card printed and this should be considered an ADD situation.
UPDATE RECORD
- If the student is registered for the current or future YRQ's and an UNUSUAL-ACTN-D record is found for this student with a match on ADD-UNUSUAL-ACT, then we know that this student has had an ID card printed and this should be considered an UPDATE situation.
REACTIVATE RECORD
- If the student is registered for the current or future YRQ's and an UNUSUAL-ACTN-D record is found for this student with a match on SUSP-UNUSUAL-ACT, then we know that this student has had an ID card printed and it has been suspended. Since the student is now registered, the card should be REACTIVATED.
SUSPEND RECORD
- If the student is NOT registered for the current or future YRQ's and an UNUSUAL-ACTN-D record is found with a match on ADD-UNUSUAL-ACT, then we know that this student has had an ID card printed and it should be suspended because they are no longer enrolled.
