BM1756J Retain Fee Calculation Charges
| Special Instructions |
In order for a charge to be retained, it must match all of the
selection criteria. For expample: If BM1756-FEE-CD is specified
as "TR" and BM1756-FEE-CLS is specified as "03", but the fee class
attached to TR is 01, then no charges can be retained.
"ALL" may be specified to include all fee codes, fee classes and/or year/sessions. If one of these parameters is left blank, then "ALL" is assumed, however, at least one of the three must be nonblank. |

| BM1756-FEE-CLS | A list of fee classes seperated by commas that are to be frozen. A range of fee classes may be specified by using a colon as a seperator. For example: 01:08,10,20,30 |
