CLASS-FORMAT Enter the format to be used for printing class information on the contract.
A = Item, Course Number, Section, Course Title, Credits, Instructor Contact Hours, Start Time, Days and Building/Room
B = Item, Course Number, Course Title, Credits, Instructor Contact Hours, Start Time, Days, Building/Room and Course Salary
C = Item, Course Number, Section, Course Title, Credits, Start Time, Days, Location and Course Salary
D = Item, Course Number, Section, Course Title, Credits, Instructor Contact Hours, Hourly Pay Rate, Salary.
E = Item, Course Number, Section, Course Title, Hourly Pay Rate, Clock Hours, Other Hours, Salary.
F = Item, Course Title, Instructor Contact Hours, Start Date, End Date, Start Time, End Time, Pay Rate, Salary.
G = Item, Course Title, Start Date, End Date, Start Time, End Time, Pay Rate, Salary.

CON-MAX-LINES Enter the maximum number of computer printed lines to be printed on the contract.
CON-RUN-OPT T = Trial run, contract will not be updated to issued status.
F = Final run, contract will be updated to issued status.
ID-PRINT-OPT Enter the option for printing the employees identification number to the report:
E = Print the Emp-Id (SSN)
L = Print last 4 characters of Emp-Id (SSN)
S = Print the System Id (SID)
B = Print spaces or blanks
* = Print all asterisks
ISSUE-DATE Enter the date (MMDDYY) that should appear on the contract as the issue date. Will default to scheduled date.
LEGAL-FILE-1 Y = Yes, there is a file containing up to fifty 80 character lines of text to be printed following CON-BEG-MSG lines.
N = No, there is not a text file to be printed.
LEGAL-FILE-2 Y = Yes, there is a file containing up to fifty 80 character lines of text to be printed prior to CON-END-MSG lines.
N = No, there is not a text file to be printed.
PS4031-PER-BEG Enter the desired pay period begin date for the contracts. Enter as MMDDYY. If printing payment information and this field is "000000", check dates will be determined by the contract begin and end dates (if contract dates are blank, class begin and end dates will be used; if class dates are blank, quarter begin and end dates will be used). If not printing check dates on the contract, this field must be "000000".
PS4031-PER-END Enter the desired pay period end date for the contracts. Enter as MMDDYY. If printing payment information and this field is "000000", check dates will be determined by the contract begin and end dates (if contract dates are blank, class begin and end dates will be used; if class dates are blank, quarter begin and end dates will be used). If not printing check dates on the contract, this field must be "000000".
PYMT-DATE-OPTN 0 = Do not print check dates on contract.
1 = Print the check dates upon which contract payments will be made.
2 = Print the check dates upon which contract payments will be made. Also, print the number of payments and the amount per payment.

Fifty character title to be printed at the end of each contract. This is to allow up to 3 signature lines per contract. If left blank, the signature line will not be printed. For example, to print two signature lines, SIGNATURE-1 "FACULTY MEMBER", SIGNATURE-2 "DEAN OF INSTRUCTION", would cause two signature lines to print with the value of SIGNATURE-1 printing under the first and the value of SIGNATURE-2 under the second. The third value would not be printed.
SPCL-ASSGN-HR Y = Yes, print the hours on Special Assignments.
N = No, do not print the hours on Special Assignments.
TOT-HR-PRT Y = Yes, print the total hours on the total line.
N = No, do not print the total hours on the total line.
YRQ Enter the year-quarter to be processed.
