Parameters

APPT-YRQ	Year-session used to retrieve registration/ appointment information on a student.
BTCH-NUM	2-digit batch number to be processed. Valid codes are "01" through "99".
PRIOR-YRQS	From 1 to 5 prior year-quarters (Format: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX). A student is considered returning if he/she is registered in any prior year-quarter(s). Prior year-quarter is also used to extract the element student program enrolled. Multiple year-quarters should be entered in order by which quarters should be checked.
