| ADMIN-UNIT |
This is an optional parameter and is used to
select only certain administrative units from
the course schedule. Administrative unit may
be selected on the first position, the second
position, or both positions. A maximum of 20
ADMIN-UNITs may be entered, each separated by a space. Valid Entries: Blank = Extracts all ADMIN-UNITs ## = Extracts blank ADMIN-UNITs X# = Extracts records with the first position of ADMIN-UNIT equal to the variable "X" #X = Extracts records with the second position of ADMIN-UNIT equal to the variable "X" XX = Extracts records with both positions of ADMIN-UNIT equal to "XX" The following example selects records with the first position of ADMIN-UNIT equal to "A", the second position of ADMIN-UNIT equal to "Z" and the ADMIN-UNITs C1 through C5: A# #Z C1 C2 C3 C4 C5 |
| CATALOG-CHK-OPT | Option to check Catalog before building construction records from a previous year session. If "Y" is selected, course sections that no longer exist in the Catalog would not be built in the construction file. |

| ITEM-RANGE | This is an optional parameter used to select only records within the specified item number ranges. Each pair of item numbers is separated by a space. |

The year and quarter in the class schedule that
the schedule construction should be created from. This parameter should be left blank if generating from the course catalog only. |
| RETAIN-CLUSTER | Option to convert cluster ID's into Temporary cluster ID's and retain in the newly created construction file (Y or N). Only applicable if construction file is generated from a previous quarter. |
| YRQ | Enter the year-quarter to be processed. |
