REPRINT-IND	Blank or "N" = This is not a reprint. "Y" = This is a reprint.
REPRINT-PAGES	Enter up to six page ranges separated by a space (i.e., pages 10 thru 15 would be 00100015). This is only required if REPRINT-IND = "Y" and specific pages need to be reprinted.
REPRINT-RUN-NUM	Must be 1-9 if REPRINT-IND = "Y". This is the Run Num to be reprinted.
ROSTR-NOTE	Print up to 50 characters on the Intervention Entry Form
SD5201-SRT-OPT	The standard Enrollment Sort Code (only the following sort codes are valid: 01, 04, 05, 07, 08, 09, 11, 12, and 17).
SM5203-CR-TYPE	Specify the type of credit that should appear on the report. E = Enrolled Credit (ENR-CR). The number of credits the student was enrolled for in the class. G = Credit (CR). The number of credits the student received in the class when graded. Credit and Enrolled Credit are the same, unless the credits were overridden for a vari- able credit class at grading time. Always choose this option when run- ning grade related reports. This is the default value.
