is to be produced: ALL = Produce a college report for all colleges. 999 = Produce a system rollup report only. nnn = Produce a report for the specified college only (where 'nnn' is a valid college code). |

Enter processing option to indicate college type
for which report is to be produced. Valid values
are C, T, B, or blank. C = Produce report for community colleges. T = Produce report for technical colleges. B = Produced report for both community and technical colleges. Blank should only be used when MIS-COL is a valid college code. |
| SR1105-1ST-YRQ | Enter year-quarter of first reportable enrollment for students to be included on report. |
| SR1105-BEG-AGE | Enter age of students to be selected (2 digit numeric) OR enter beginning age of range of ages for students to be selected. Enter zeros if you do not wish student selection based on age. |
| SR1105-END-AGE | Enter ending age of range of ages for students to be selected. When a range is entered, beginning and ending ages are inclusive. If students are not to be selected by age range, enter zeros. |
| SR1105-ETH-SEL | Enter up to 6 Ethnic Ofigin codes or spaces. If move than one code is entered, do not separate entries with spaces or commas. Valid values are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6. If left blank, no selection is made based on ethnic origin. |
| SR1105-LAST-YRQ | Enter last year-quarter of reportable enrollment to be counted. Last YRQ cannot be more than 7 quarters from 1st YRQ. (A maximum of 8 quarters can be counted). |
| SR1105-RUN-VER | Enter 2 digit run version number to be printed on report. |

Enter M or F to select students for inclusion
based on sex. M = Include only male students in report. F = Include only female students in report. Blank = No selection based on sex. |
