If the data is to be extracted from the Accounts Receivable database, then enter AR-IDs for ID parameters. These parameters are used to select and classify the student records.

If the data is to be extracted from the Customer Accounts database, then enter the CUST-ID for ID parameters.

Financial Aid programs are extracted from the Customer Accounts database by FAPC code.

NOTE: If using customer type "O" for third party billing accounts, then enter the customer numbers separated by commas. If using customer types other than "O", you must enter the nine character customer number (including spaces) followed by the customer type and a comma.

e.g. if customer type = "O" then DVR,DVR123,DVR1234 if customer type = "X" then DVR X,DVR123 X,DVR1234 X,
