customized vocational courses. The name and location (group)
of this file must be specified in the SR2207S-FILENAME and
SR2207S-FILEGRP parameters. The file must be an MPE ASCII
file in the format of the dictionary file definition
SR2207S (college in column 1 for 3 characters, year quarter
in column 4 for 4 characters, item number in column 8 for
4 characters).
