This job will output an IBM formatted tape. After the file has been written to the tape, the job will print the first 100 records from the tape on the line printer. Therefore, after the initial tape mount has been written, the tape will again need to be put online (but should not need another reply). The tape, report SR4207, and the 100 record listing should be sent to SBCCE (SMS). | |||

| SFU-TAPE-NUM | Enter the 6 character volume serial number of the output tape. |

| SR4207-PHONE | Enter the phone number of the person submitting the tape to OFM. This phone number will appear on the tape submission form to be sent with the tape to OFM. |
