BLDG-COL	The 3-digit college code for which records will be processed.
CUR-FLVL	1 thru 6 (format is 123...) Valid funding levels are: 1 = Facility will be fully funded by the State for four (4) years. 2 = Facility may or may not be funded by the State 3 = Facility will not be funded by the State; Districts need to fund for first two (2) years. 4 = To be assigned by the SBCCE 5 = To be assigned by the SBCCE 6 = To be assigned by the SBCCE
CUR-FYR	The fiscal year to be processed (YYYY)
FND-LVLS	1 thru 6 (format is 123...). JANIT-SQ-FT	The number of square feet maintained per janitor.
SBCCE-ONLY-IND	Y = Yes, produce the report including only those facilities that are reported to the SBCCE. N = Produce the report including ALL facilities.
STAFF-ALLOW	A value of 01 thru 10 may be entered. This value will bew used as a factor in computing the number of staff that will be required. This value may be used to indicate vacation, sick leave, supervision, etc.
WINDOW-SQ-FT	The number of gross square feet maintained per window washer staff.
