Valid funding levels are: 1 = Facility will be fully funded by the State for four (4) years. 2 = Facility may or may not be funded by the State 3 = Facility will not be funded by the State; Districts need to fund for first two (2) years. 4 = To be assigned by the SBCCE 5 = To be assigned by the SBCCE 6 = To be assigned by the SBCCE
FRST-FYR	The first fiscal year to be processed (YYYY).
SBCCE-ONLY-IND	Y = Yes, produce the report including only those facilities that are reported to the SBCCE. N = Produce the report including ALL facilities.
