Enter year-quarter of first reportable enroll-
ment for students to be included on report.
SR1228-BEG-AGE
Enter age of students to be selected (2 digit
numeric)
OR
Enter beginning age of range of ages for
students to be selected.
Enter zeroes if you do not wish student
selection based on age.
SR1228-END-AGE
Enter ending age of range of ages for students
to be selected. When a range is entered,
beginning and ending ages are inclusive. If
students are not to be selected by age range,
enter zeroes.
SR1228-ETH-SEL
Enter up to 6 Ethnic Origin codes and a lowercase
'b'.
If more than one code is entered, do not
separate entries with spaces or commas. Valid
values are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and b (b is blank
response). If the entire SR1228-ETH-SEL is left
blank, no selection is made based on ethnic origin

Enter a two-digit code indicating family status of
students at first quarter to attend the college
to be selected. Leave blank to select all.

Enter a two-digit code indicating student's level
of education before attending the college.
If left blank, no selection is made based on
student's prior level of education.

Up to 20 Census race codes (10 codes per line) may
be entered for selection in the following format:

Enter a two-digit code indicating working status
of students while they are attending college to
be selected. Leave blank to select all.
TC-CR-HR-IND
Enter value to specify method for calculating
FTES. This parameter is for Technical College use
only, and will have no affect on reports run for
community colleges.
C = calculate report based on credit values.
H or Blank = calculate report based on clock hour
values.
