PS1647J transfers the Upload file from the Remote Processor
to the HP3000 via FTP.

Parameters
FTPPASS
The password of the FTPUSER logging onto the
server that will receive the ftp'd file.
This field is case sensitive.
FTPUSER
The user id that will log onto the server for the REMOTE-DIRECTORY
The Remote Directory to which the file will be
ftp'd. This field is case sensitive.
REMOTE-EXT
The name of the file extension for the file after
it has been ftp'd to a remove server. This field
is case sensitive.
REMOTE-FILE-NAME
The name of the file after it has been Ftp'd to
the remote server. This field is case sensitive.
REMOTE-SYSTEM
The Name or IP Address of the remote system
to which the file will be ftp'd.
