Option to sort Class Schedule records using the
first 3 positions or 4 positions of course number:|
3 = Use first 3 positions of course number (4th position will be blank).
4 = Use all 4 positions of course number (default).
|IS1113-DATE-OPT||If a date is entered, only classes with a schedule change date greater than or equal to the date entered will print. Enter the date as follows: MMDDYY. If "000000" is entered, all extracted classes will be printed.|
Option that controls the sorting and printing
of classes, valid codes are:|
1 = Miscellaneous sort, Dept/Div title, Day/Eve category, Course Id, Sect sequence. Classes with time location codes of 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or blank (day classes) will print before classes with time locations not equal to 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or blank (evening classes). In addition, a heading indicating the "day" or "evening" category will print.
2 = Miscellaneous sort, Dept/Dev title, Course Id, Sect sequence.
3 = Item number sequence.
4 = Administrative unit, Course Id, Sect sequence.
X = Type X in IS1113-PRT-OPT1 if you are using a sort option from IS1113-PRT-OPT2.
|IS1113-PRT-OPT2||Option that controls the sorting and printing of classes if IS1113-PRT-OPT1 is equal to X. Valid entries: Blank or See Standard Class Sort Codes|
