SM5217J Student Unusual Action Code Removal

If the unusual action code parameter is left blank, no student records will be deleted. However, registration blocks for all students extracted will be checked and updated appropriately.

SM5217-PUN-ACTN	Punitive action code indicator. Used to verify whether the unusual action code to be purged is associated with a punitive action. If the punitive action entry does not match the unusual action code to be purged, the process will not run. Y = Yes, the unusual action code is associated with a punitive action N = No, the unusual action code does not have a punitive action.
SM5217-SRT-OPT	Standard Student Biographic Sort Code
SM5217-UA-CODE	Unusual action code to be purged (2-characters). For the students extracted, unusual action records with the specified code will be purged. If unusual action code is entered, it must be a valid code on the Unusual Action Code Table (SM5009).
SM5217-UA-DATE	Unusual Action Entry Date, a 4-character field used to indicate the year/month or quarter the unusual action code was assigned to the student. If entered, only student unusual action codes that have the specified entry date will be purged.
SM5217-UA-ORIG	Unusual Action Origin Id, a 4-character field used to indicate the office or employee that assigned the unusual action code to the student. If entered, only student unusual action codes that have the specified origin Id will be purged.
