Desktop Printed Class Schedule (Computed Fees)

This job group creates an extract file from the class schedule, or schedule construction. It then prints various SMS data items in the sequence(s) and formats indicated by the IS1114J parameters.
Special Instructions Since this is basically a "hard copy" version of SG073R job group, the following interpretations were made: <9> =3 spaces, * =1 space.

ADMIN-UNIT-LINE A maximum of 15 administrative units may be selected separated by a comma or a space.
Blank = Extract all administrative units ## = Extracts blank administrative units @X = Extracts records with the second position of administrative unit = variable X, regardless of the contents of the first position X@ = Extracts records with the first position of administrative unit = variable x, regardless of the contents of the second position
XX = Specific administrative units of value = XX
AU-PAGE-OPT Option that controls page breaking on a change in the Administrative Unit
Y = Each Admin. Unit change will result in a page break and the printing of a new heading.
N = No page break or heading print will occur on a change of Admin. Unit.
DATA-ITEM-LN1 Enter codes/numbers representing Ventura Publisher control codes and SM data items.
DATA-ITEM-LN2 Enter codes/numbers representing Ventura Publisher control codes, SM data items, and SM data items that records in the output file will break on.
EMPL-STAT-LINE Enter up to 10 employment status codes, each separated by a comma or a space. Leave blank to select all employment status codes.
EXCLUDE-STAT-1 Option to exclude records with Section Status 1 - "X" or "Z".
Y = Exclude SECT-STAT1=X or Z
N = Include SECT-STAT1=X or Z
FND-SRC-LINE Up to 10 funding source codes may be selected, each separated by a space:
BLANK = Extracts all FND-SRC # = Extracts blank FND-SRC
X = Extracts selected FND-SRC
IS1114-CRS-OPT Option to sort Class Schedule records using the first 3 positions or 4 positions of course number:
3 = Use first 3 positions of course number (4th position will be blank).
4 = Use all 4 positions of course number (default).
IS1114-DATE-OPT If a date is entered, only classes with a schedule change date greater than or equal to the date entered will print. Enter the date as follows: MMDDYY. If "000000" is entered, all extracted classes will be printed.
IS1114-PRT-OPT1 Option that controls the sorting and printing of classes, valid codes are:
1 = Miscellaneous sort, Dept/Div title, Day/Eve Category with time location codes of 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or blank (day classes) will print before classes with time locations not equal to 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or blank (evening classes). In addition, a heading indicating the "day" or "evening" category will print.
2 = Miscellaneous sort, Dept/Dev title, Course Id, Sect sequence.
3 = Item number sequence.
4 = Administrative unit, Course Id, Sect sequence.
IS1114-PRT-OPT2 Option that controls the sorting and printing of classes - if IS1114-PRT-OPT1 is equal to X. Valid entries:
Blank = Do not use this sort option or See Standard Class Sort Codes
IS1201-OPT Record selection from one of the following:
1 = Class Schedule
2 = Class Schedule and History
3 = Construction
IS1217S-TAPE-NUM Volume Number of the Course Schedule History
Tape. Enter only if IS1201-OPT=2.
On each line up to 6 item number ranges may be entered; each item range is to be separated with a comma or a space (i.e., 00010099,03010302). If left blank, all item numbers will be selected.
TIME-LOC-LINE Up to 15 time location codes may be selected, each separated by a space:
BLANK = Extracts all TIME-LOC # = Extracts blank TIME-LOC
X = Extracts selected TIME-LOC
YRQ-LINE The year/session being processed.
